Over Lea Barn is a barn conversion resting on the outskirts of New Mills. It houses one king-size double with en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC, sleeping up to two people. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the outside, there is off-road parking and a patio area with furniture and a hot tub. Over Lea Barn is a wonderful base for exploring this part of Derbyshire!

New Mills is a small town resting on the border of North West Derbyshire and Cheshire and is within close reach to the Peak District National Park, just 11 miles away from Buxton.
