The Stables is a wonderful converted barn nestled on the outskirts of Honley village in West Yorkshire. It boasts one super-king size bedroom resting in the open eaves, sleeping two people. Inside is also a ground floor wet room, and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside is off-road parking for 1 car and a front and rear enclosed patio with a hot tub and furniture. The Stables is perfect for a romantic getaway in a lovely part of Yorkshire.

Honley with it's old centre of cobbled streets, is set on the banks of the River Holme. The village has a wide selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. The Grade II listed church has the remains of a set of stocks in its grounds. Just three miles away is the town of Holmfirth, famed as being the setting for comedy series Last of the Summer Wine. It has a good public swimming pool and fitness centre, parks, shops and restaurants. Huddersfield, and the cities of Sheffield, Leeds and Manchester, as well as the delights of the Peak District National Park are within reach.

The ultimate in “year-round” appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.
