The Cartins is a barn conversion in Uley, Gloucestershire. It sits on the grounds of the owner’s home, which was once the barn where carts were left in. It is in an elevated position in the grounds with views across the magnificent hills. It has a living room with a small balcony overlooking the magnificent countryside, a fitted kitchen with a dining area. They have one double bedroom with a separate bathroom and WC. There is a ground floor cloakroom and WC. You will have shared use of a lawned garden area. Off road parking is available. The Cartins is perfect for couple retreats.

Uley, Gloucestershire is a short drive away from Selsley, a small village literally ‘perched’ deep in the Cotswold Hills. Aside from the miles of beautiful walks in the area, there are a host of great places to visit. Nailsworth, which is about 2 miles away has a great selection of local shops and some excellent restaurants. The town has very good amenities: two good restaurants various gastropubs, cafes, a pizzeria plus Indian and Chinese take-aways. There are many renowned attractions such as Westonbirt Arboretum and The Prince of Wales' Highgrove Farm shop at Tetbury.
Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.
